Las Vegas real estate on the East Side

Despite the cheaper land prices in east Las Vegas, developers, at least in the near term, are most likely to seek out areas along the expanding Las Vegas Beltway and in other newer parts of town for new Las Vegas real estate projects. In the meantime, east Las Vegas will be viewed more in terms of redevelopment opportunities, and will probably have a longer-range development plan.
