Green Valley real estate is the original thing! Green Valley homes were the actual beginning of residential Las Vegas real estate. It was the very first community where people started living off the strip in somewhat regular neighborhoods. Much of the original Green Valley real estate was comprised of horse properties. To this day, there are still quite a few Las Vegas homes that have horse corrals. This is the west after all!
