Las Vegas real estate: NAR develops new indicator to help gauge market demand for Las Vegas Homes

After several years of study and data collection, the National Association of REALTORS® has developed the Pending Home Sales Index, a leading indicator that will help with the Las Vegas homes market. The index promises to provide advanced information on future Las Vegas real estate sales activity and offers more solid information on changes in the direction of the market for real estate in Las Vegas than any of the indicators currently available.
