Aliante Las Vegas real estate

Former Californians James and Margaret Kiester took the advice of a relative and visited the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas during their search for a new Las Vegas home. To be sure of their decision, Kiester said they continued looking at Las Vegas new homes and Las Vegas resale homes throughout the Greater Las Vegas Valley. Even though Las Vegas real estate had so much to offer, nothing else measured up to the style of Las Vegas home and the community amenities we found at Aliante. Coming from Southern California, we're very familiar with the concept of master-planned communities and we appreciate the idea of having shopping, schools, parks, a golf course, walking trails and other recreational features close to our Las Vegas home.
