Las Vegas Real Estate and the IRS

The Denver Internal Revenue Service office currently has about $25 million in real estate that was either purchased with the proceeds of a crime or facilitated a crime. Among the properties: 15 Las Vegas homes valued at an estimated $15 million and a 42-room castle that was built more than a century ago in Redstone, Colo., about 20 miles west of Aspen.
