American Nevada Co. is building a two-story, 44,000-square-foot office building at 2475 Village View Drive, part of Green Valley Corporate Center and the newest addition to Henderson real estate. Thirteen one- and two-story buildings are planned for the 90-acre office park off Interstate 215 and Green Valley Parkway, near The District at Green Valley Ranch. American Nevada developed the master-planned Green Valley community in Henderson and is managing member of North Valley Enterprises, developer of Aliante community of North Las Vegas real estate, and managing partner of Silver Canyon Partnership, developer of Seven Hills homes in Henderson Nevada.
