Del Webb's Sun City properties in the Anthem real estate and Aliante homes master plans both recently unveiled new community centers.
The new recreation center at Sun City Anthem of Henderson real estate is the community's second such facility, adding 39,072 square feet of recreational space to the previous 77,363 square feet contained within Anthem Center, the development's first facility. Residents of Sun City Aliante homes in North Las Vegas real estate were delighted to welcome their new $5 million, 17,825-square-foot community center near the age-qualified village's tennis and bocce courts. The development offers 12 single-story Las Vegas homes, ranging from 1,496 to 3,175 square feet. MS Las Vegas Real Estate has more information.
