City of North Las Vegas makes a major purchase
A major North Las Vegas real estate transaction is being conducted by the City of North Las Vegas. The City is buying the Craig Ranch golf course. What exactly is the plan here? Is this an opportunity to close the course and sell the land to developers of Las Vegas homes?
