Las Vegas real estate / 27 Acres for $77 Million

San Francisco-based real estate investment and development firm has purchased the 27-acres of Las Vegas real estate (Flynn Gallagher Corporate Centre) in northwest Las Vegas from Cheyenne Investments for about $77 million. "We love the property -- the location, the market it's in, the tenant mix. It's close to Summerlin real estate and Red Rock Country Club homes. We focused on Las Vegas real estate for its growth. It's the No. 1 growing city in the U.S. and will continue to be for a long time."
