Henderson Real Estate at Anthem

Del Webb has begun construction on a reconfigured entry water feature for the Anthem homes master plan of Henderson Nevada real estate. It was changed to meet the city's drought guidelines. The builder worked with members of the boards of directors from Sun City Anthem, Anthem Country Club and Coventry Homes homeowners' associations to develop an acceptable proposal for the city, as well as the Southern Nevada Water Authority. Among the communities actively selling Henderson homes within the master plan are Del Webb's Sun City Anthem real estate.
